ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2023 after spending five years as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation for building a high-producing, culture-driven office. We’re a family-oriented team of three that values positivity, teamwork, and creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work every day.

I graduated from UTD and outside of work I enjoy sports, spending time with my wife, child, and our two dogs, and staying involved in the community through the Garland Animal Shelter and Toys for Kids initiatives. Our team enjoys snacks and coffee in the office, team outings and events, cabin trips to Oklahoma when goals are met, and ambassador travel opportunities. I’m looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a coachable attitude, and someone who wants to be part of a supportive, winning team culture.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Giovanni Serrano - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
