ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2023 after spending five years as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation for building a high-producing, culture-driven office. We’re a family-oriented team of three that values positivity, teamwork, and creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work every day.

I graduated from UTD and outside of work I enjoy sports, spending time with my wife, child, and our two dogs, and staying involved in the community through the Garland Animal Shelter and Toys for Kids initiatives.

Our team enjoys snacks and coffee in the office, team outings and events, cabin trips to Oklahoma when goals are met, and ambassador travel opportunities. I’m looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a coachable attitude, and someone who wants to be part of a supportive, winning team culture.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Giovanni Serrano - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
